Music rightholders will pay to chase down pirates

The music and film industries will continue to shell out for the costs surrounding tracking down, notifying illegal filesharers and making sure they get their just deserts! It was hoped that the ruling would pass the costs over to the ISPs, and whilst the charges have been split - 75% to be paid by rightholders, 25% to be paid by ISPs - it's still not the result that the record companies were hoping for.
