Music distribution has certainly hit a few rocky patches in the past few years following the rapid decline of independent record shops and many distribution companies have had to re-think their methods to meet the rise in the digital download market. Unfortunately, a few distributors have gone under along the way including some large scale operations such as Pinnacle Entertainment.
