Exciting emerging Scottish talent wanted to play at Off The Record 2024

Returning on 18th July, Off The Record will be showcasing some of Scotland's most thrilling under the radar talent.
So they want to hear from emerging artists and bands of any genre, aged 16-25 years, and based in Scotland.
