Tileyard Education unveil next A&R Sessions event

As part of their A&R Sessions series of events, Tileyard Studios have announced an unmissable Q&A with Jamila Scott, whose career includes her current role as Consultant for TY Music and A&R for Ella Eyre, CEO of Into The Blue Management, plus 13 years experience of working in the music industry including roles at Warner Music and Method Music. 

From discovering Disclosure on MySpace to working with Years & Years and developing them to the point of signing to Polydor and even booking SZA for her first SXSW show, Jamila has played an active part in multiple areas of the business with a variety of artists.

The A&R Sessions with Jamila Scott will take place at 7pm on 11th July, at Coal Drops Yard, Samsung Kings Cross.

The A&R sessions are conversational interviews with some of the biggest Artists, Producers, A&R Scouts, Publishers, Labels, Managers in the music industry. Hosted in front of a live audience, Tileyard Studios are a nurturing and positive space to receive feedback on your music from professionals working commercially within the music industry. It’s a must attend for anyone wishing to pursue a career in music behind the scenes or centre stage. Previous guests have included La Roux, Benji B (BBC Radio 1), Tom Robinson (BBC 6 Music), Martyn Ware (Heaven 17), Paul Humphries (Iggy Azalea) and Naz Idelji (Sony/MinistryOfSound).
