Could full capacity gigs be on the agenda for Spring 2021?

Stuart Galbraith, who heads up live promoters Kilimanjaro and is vice chair of the Concert Promoters Association, has discussed a potential return to full capacity gigs in the UK by Spring 2021 - with a proposed date of 8th April.

Obviously, this date is yet to be confirmed and a great deal of work needs to be carried out with government backing. The date is of course largely dependent on the containment of COVID-19 in the meantime.
