Bandcamp Fridays extended until end of 2020 to support artists & bands impacted by the pandemic

Following the success of Bandcamp Fridays, launched in March at the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic to help provide financial support to artists and bands, Bandcamp have now announced that the first Friday of every month will be Bandcamp Friday until the end of this year.
Bandcamp stated themselves that the initiative had had a huge impact on artists affected by the pandemic; "...in just four days, fans put more than $20 million directly into the pockets of artists and labels."
