ISM to host series of free webinars focusing on health & wellbeing for musicians

ISM and the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine (BAPM) have teamed up to present a series of 4 free webinars exploring how musicians’ work affects their health. Looking at touring, bullying and harassment, irregular work, playing injuries and more, experienced speakers examine both psychological and physical issues that might occur and how they can be prevented.
The first webinar will be held on 5th February between 1pm and 2pm . It will focus health on tour, looking at the impact of healthy eating, exercise and sleep at keeping you going on the road. Sign up via the link below and check out more info about each of the forthcoming webinars...
