New music event We Are Robots brings innovative discussions & workshops to London

New festival We Are Robots will take place at East London’s Old Truman Brewery this November, exploring the future of music and how we’re taking it there, filled with series of music discussions, sound installations, live performances and more. We Are Robots presents: Future and Innovation of Music aims to bring the industry together, spanning over 4 days with eclectic live performances, label collaborations, interactive workshops, exclusive and never seen before sound installations and much more.

THURSDAY 2ND NOVEMBER - HOSTED BY TONY CDR
10:00-10:45: Future of Music Radio, with Ben Fairclough and Xanthe Fuller
11:00-11:45: Future of Music Tech and Production, with Phelan Kane, Ozzie Rodgers, Dominic Scherrer, Nick Batt, and Martin Klang
12:00-12:45: Music and Interactive Entertainment, with Joe Henson, Alexis Smith, Michelle Baker, Henrik Opperman, and Martyn Ware
15:00-16:00: Future of Women in the Music Industry, with Suzie B, Stefania Pavlou, Mariana Lopez, Chagall, and Rachel Jepson
 
FRIDAY 3RD NOVEMBER - STUDENT DAY HOSTED BY CHRIS HAWKINS AND POINT BLANK 
11:00-11:45: Future of Music and Education, with Milton Mermikides, Chelsea Bruno, Helen Steer, Martyn Ware, Matt Grimes, and Carlos Lellis

There will also be a number of exhibitors and workshops, including Tim Murray-Browne, Yuri Suzuki, Ableton, Native Instruments, Serato, Music Hackspace and more.On top of that there will be a load of performances in the evenings from the likes of Warm Digits, Mt. Wolf, Little Cub and many more.
