SoundCloud saved with new funding and management

After a tumultous time of late where the future of SoundCloud was very uncertain due to lack of funding, at the end of last week the music platform's fate was made much more secure by an investment of $169.5 million from merchant bank The Raine Group and investment firm Temasek.

Hosting music by many unsigned, emerging, and even established acts, SoundCloud has been used for many years now to share music, and for posting new tracks and getting feedback, so we're sure many bands and artists will be pleased to know this service is going to be around for the foreseeable future. Read up more about the developments via the links below...
