Applications open for Musicians In Museums launched by English Folk, Dance & Song Society

A new project brought to fruition by the English Folk, Dance & Song Society ((EFDSS) will offer Folk and Traditional artist residencies at 3 national museums,  the National Coal Mining Museum for England near Wakefield, the National Maritime Museum in London and the Museum of English Rural Life in Reading.

Chosen artists will receive a bursary of £5,000 to develop new music inspired by the museum’s collections. Applications are open now. Take a look at the links below for further details on how to apply.
