Take part in our short survey and you could be in with a chance of winning 2 x tickets to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers at the O2 Arena on 5th December 2016. The runner up prize is 12 months’ free access to The Unsigned Guide music industry directory.
The music industry has transformed in the digital age. Some say this gives artists the opportunity to produce, promote and distribute their own music without the help of a record label. Others say that the support, services and investment of a record label are still a crucial factor in developing artists' careers.
Get involved with our very quick survey and let us know your opinions on the topic of record labels and record deals – do you even want a deal? And what do you feel would be the benefits of being signed to a record label?
A couple of years ago we teamed up on this survey with the IFPI, the organisation that represents the recording industry worldwide. Now, we are keen to hear from unsigned artists again. This short survey should not take more than two minutes of your time and we'd love to hear your opinions. Just get started by clicking the link below.
