Launchpad Fund 2016 opens to Welsh bands & artists

News: 6th September 2016 by Louise Dodgson under Artist Managers, Music Training & Careers

BBC Horizons Launchpad fund is now open to Wales based artists and bands who are writing, producing and performing original contemporary popular music. As the name would suggest, the fund is aimed at those starting out on their musical journey, at a crucial point in their development.

Up to 25 awards of up to £2,000 each will be given out to deserving Welsh musicians over the next year, so if you need some extra cash for your musical projects we highly recommend you apply before the closing date of 5th October.
