Google! YouTube! When will the tech giants tackle music piracy head on?

Music piracy has changed appearance from The Pirate Bay and torrent sites that have been debated about for over a decade. Muso's Global Piracy Insights Report 2015 shows that the majority of piracy takes the form of illegal streaming sites and ripping services, the latter of which largely pull content off YouTube - owned by Google. 

With Google still under fire for being the primary search engine directing to piracy sites - isn't it time that these multi-billion players did more to eliminate music piracy?
