Facebook introduces new feature to notify fans when you have a gig

Using Facebook to promote your music can be tricky and the platform has come under fire over their structure which means many fans of pages do not see all posts, forcing bands, artists and businesses alike to pay to boost posts if they want to reach the maximum number of fans.

Fortunately, a new feature that Facebook has added recently will allow your fans to get notifications when you have a gig or event coming up. All they need to do is click a Subscribe button on your page and from then on they will receive a notification about your next gig in due course.
