Online Music Awards return - get your entries in!

News: 23rd October 2014 by Louise Dodgson under

The organisers of the biggest online unsigned music competition in the world, "Online Music Awards", have announced that they are set to return in the New Year.

The Online Music Awards, which have been accepting entries since Monday, have completely revamped their entry and voting methods meaning that the awards are now more interactive than ever before. A total of 11 categories will produce monthly finalists that will battle it out at the end of 2015 for the overall grand prize package and Online Music Awards trophy. Entrants must submit a track of their own creation; thus promoting the Online Music Awards concept slogan - “Music for the People, By the People”

All finalists will be chosen via public voting on a specially created Online Music Awards website.

Commenting on the announcement co-founder Ettan Bazil said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for emerging talent to get themselves heard and break into a notoriously difficult industry, whilst providing a the public with a constant stream of free and fresh new music to listen to and promote."

Artists and bands can submit their music now by visiting the Online Music Awards website below and registering with the site.  Finalists and the Grand Winner will receive a place on the Online Music Awards album, a dedicated PR campaign, a Production Deal, and more prizes will be announced as 2015 moves forward.

The awards are once again in aid of UK Based charity War Child whose work is directly transforming the lives of thousands of children affected by war.  To donate to War Child please visit the website below.
