First speakers confirmed for Music Futures Conference 2014

Generator have this week confirmed details of the first batch of speakers confirmed for this year’s Music Futures Conference.Radio 1’s Head of Music, George Ergatoudis will be heading up a lively discussion looking into music streaming, curation and whether or not the playlist will kill off the traditional album format. George has been in the news lately with his views on the topic and Music Futures will provide a platform for other key industry figures to share their opinions.

Also joining us on the day will be John Dyer, Director of Domino Recordings, Chris Price, Head of Music at BT, Managing Director at Kobalt Label Services Paul Hitchman, broadcaster Jen Long, Sentric CEO Chris Meehan, Kendal Calling co-founder Andy Smith as well as Big Scary Monsters founder Kevin Douch, and publicity and digital marketing agency Bleached co-founder Sinead Mills.
