Mayor of London launches scheme to back busking

Boris Johnson yesterday launched his 'Back Busking' campaign to encourage and support musicians performing live music in public spaces in the capital. Recently, buskers have been hit by London councils over noise complaints leading to regulations which meant their instruments could be confiscated so it's good to see that they are receiving some much need backing from the mayor on this matter.
