Created with the aim of benefitting both those working towards a career in the music industry and independent music businesses alike, UK Music's new Apprenticeship Scheme will match aspiring music professionals with music employers to help talented individuals get paid work in the industry whilst gaining a qualification and music businesses to add to their workforce in a cost-effective way.
