Spotify launches artist analytics

News: 3rd December 2013 by Louise Dodgson under Artist Managers, Selling & Distributing Your Music

Spotify has opened up the data on music streaming to artists and managers using the service, allowing them access to free analytics to track their plays via the new Spotify Artists website. In response to many more established artists including the likes of Thom Yorke and most recently Yannis from Foals, this website will answer musician's questions about how their revenue is calculated.
