Billy Bragg blames the labels over Spotify revenues

Whilst many high profile artists have spoken out about the poor rates they are paid by music streaming services such as Spotify, however Bill Bragg has waded into the argument saying that perhaps the issue should be addressed with the record labels, who have all along been more than happy with their cut of Spotify revenues, so perhaps the revenues should be shared differently, rather than the record labels receiving the lions share and bands & artists not getting enough.
