BPI blocks more file-sharing sites

The BPI are still busy making sure that illegal file-sharing websites are taken down. Since their blocking of The Pirate Bay last year, they have also managed to block a further 21 sites in their battle to combat music piracy. Although the BPI claim that blocking such platforms does signifcantly reduce the use of them by consumers, The Pirate Bay have claimed that they can easily redirect their traffic from blocked links so it has little effect on their operation.
