Horizons is a new partnership that has been developed ahead of WOMEX 13 in Cardiff to bring together the wealth of music traditions and cultures of England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Horizons members are Arts Council England, Arts Council Northern Ireland, Arts Council Ireland, Cerdd Cymru : Music Wales, Creative Scotland and Culture Ireland
and the partnership is supported by British Council.
 
The Horizons partnership has secured a discount for delegates to attend this year’s WOMEX in Cardiff for 205 Euros (plus VAT) available until September 27th 2013. There is no registration fee, which makes this offer over 50 Euros less than the Individual Smart Rate and substantially cheaper thereafter.
