True to its theme of The Big Picture and now packed into one day, LIVE UK’s annual Summit conference and networking event will feature more than 15 sessions covering topics such as festivals, show promotion, ticketing, sponsorship, venue management and digital marketing,
 
Set for Thursday 17th October at the Radisson Blu Portman Hotel in London’s West End, registration at the early-bird rate of £95 + VAT is still available.
 
Highlighting a special focus on the festival sector, Summit producer and LIVE UK managing editor Steve Parker says, “The festival sector continues to fight against a near flat economy and our Fields of Change panel will focus on how events have faired and adapted to circumstances. 

“Meanwhile, innovations in digital marketing and venue access technology will feature in several conference sessions, as will the increasing use live show streaming.” he says.
 
Other sessions will include The Dynamic Ticket, which will focus on the positive side of event ticketing, while issues surrounding widespread ticket abuse will be covered in The Music Chamber: Politics & Live Music. This panel will also will review the effects of the Live Music Act and the campaign to boost music tourism.
