YouTube focused labels the next big thing?

Russell Simmons, the world renowned Hip-Hop fella behind Def Jam Recordings has teamed up with Steve Rifkind of Loud Records and TV and film producer Brian Robbins to create All Def Music, a YouTube dedicated record label created with the intention of finding the next generation of music stars coming to light through the video platform.
