Last week UK Music and Creative & Cultural Skills launched the UK Music Skills Academy, a sector of their already existing infrastructure dedicated entirely to the music business. This Q&A with Paul Latham of Live Nation International and chair of Creative & Cultural Skills explains how he became involved in the initiative and what they aim to achieve through UK Music Skills Academy.
