Red Bull Studios have launched a competition open to unsigned bands offering them the opportunity to play at this years Download Festival. To enter, you need to upload a video via the Red Bull link below and 100 bands will be shortlisted by public vote. These 100 will then be listened to by a select panel of Rock experts, if you will, including editor of RockSound magazine, Ben Patashnik and Kerrang! Radio presenter Katie P, amongst others.
The judges will handpick 15 of their favourites who will all go on to spend a day recording at Red Bull Studios in London. And finally, 8 of the 15 will be chosen to grace the stage at Download Festival. The window for uploading video entries is only 2 weeks and started on Tuesday 9th April so make sure you get moving if you'd like to enter.
