Universal Music launches new label...of sorts

It's hard to keep up with the major record labels these days; always buying each other out, merging and renaming. Another such amalgamation is Virgin EMI, formed by Universal Music, and made up of Universal's subsidiary Mercury Records and Virgin Records. Confused yet?
