Unisigned artists are being offered the chance to win a unique recording and video package, courtesy of This Is Promotions and Dawson’s Music Stores. 
 

The winner will record a single and shoot a music video with the team behind Philippa Hanna’s 'I Am Amazing' and The Daughters of Davis’ 'Heart Locked Up'. The track will release on iTunes will all revenues belonging to the artist.
 

Unlike some unsigned competitions, this is not aimed at being a popularity contest. Each entry is individually listened to by This Is Promotions’ team of experienced industry professionals, who will choose the eventual winner. In the first 3 weeks, the competition has already received in hundreds of entrants with a very high standard set by many of the artists. 
 

 Are you an original musician, songwriter or band? Want a shot at winning this great prize? All you have to do is submit one track for consideration either by the Facebook page below, by emailing [email protected] or by handing in a CD to a branch of Dawson’s Music Stores. Entries close on September 10th 2012.
