You have probably heard about the blog post penned by a radio station intern in the US, Emily White, claiming that the vast majority of her music collection had not exactly been obtained through legitimate, paid-for sources. Which then spurred an angry reaction from musician Davie Lowery. Which then sparked a whole debate about how musicians earn money in the digital age, illegal downloading and filesharing, and the meaning of free, streaming, music consumption and all kinds of things...with many folks chipping in their thoughts, opinions and comments.
