Pledge Music offer new approach to music streaming

There have long been arguments about the effect of music streaming and although services such as Spotify aim to deter pirates by encouraging music fans to subscribe to the service and listen to unlimited tracks, many complaints have been aired about the share of the the revenues that artists directly receive.

The chap behind fan funding service Pledge Music, Benji Rogers, has obviously spent much time considering the same arguments and has formulated a way for artists and bands with music featured on streaming services to promote their new releases, and hopefully raise funds for the projects they have in the pipeline.
