Streaming chart introduced in UK

News: 15th May 2012 by Louise Dodgson under Music Publishing, Record Labels, Selling & Distributing Your Music

The Official Charts Company have introduced a new weekly chart dedicated entirely to streamed music ranking streams from both subscription and ad-funded services such as Spotify, Deezer, Zune, we7 and ChartsNow. At present the streaming chart will not take into account video streaming from the likes of YouTube but this may be on the cards for the future.
