Facebook's new timeline not good news for bands

As Facebook make their tweaks to the new look timeline mandatory, it seems it hasn't had the desired impact so far for those bands and musicians that have already previewed it before it went live. The main problem seems to be that bands can no longer select their default Facebook landing point for visitors to their page, meaning that add-on apps with the intention of promoting current releases, mailing list sign ups and so on are now more hidden away.
