This June the stars from the charts and your music video channels including Pixie Lott, Tinchy Stryder, Cast and The Courteeners will be descending upon Chester Racecourse. But amongst this pick of the UK's finest (ahem!) there is a coveted main stage opening slot for one lucky local band or artist.
