The charity set up in memory of The Clash's Joe Strummer has always been about truly supporting, nurturing and developing under the radar talent. With previous Strummerville bands going onto great things including Anna Calvi, Mumford & Sons and Bastille, the projects the charity undertakes are obviously working as they assist music makers in the UK by providing access to recording facilities, performance opportunities and an online download platform via the Strummerville website.
