New IFPI chairman chats piracy

I'd never really considered what opera singer Placido Domingo's opinions were on piracy, but as he was recently named the new chairman of International Federation of the Phonographic Industry I'm sure he has a lot to say on the matter. Billboard have intereviewed him to get the lowdown on his views on the resolutions for piracy including disconnecting customers, the extension of copyright and what he hopes to bring to this role at IFPI.
