An amusing trail through the history of the music industry and the many developments along the way which have once been heralded as 'the death of the music industry'. Covering everything from the introduction of 8-tracks and cassettes, right through to CDs and MP3s, the music business has certainly experienced a rollercoaster ride of ups & downs. The first link tackles the analogue era, and the second moves into the present day with digital developments.
