Booking agent opens doors to unsigned talent

News: 18th May 2011 by Louise Dodgson under Live

Traditionally, booking agents wouldn't touch you with a barge pole unless you had some kind of record deal to your name, but this is gradually starting to change and Manchester agency Brave are now welcoming unsigned acts into their fold. The agency currently represents the likes of Doves, Terry Hall, and Mike Joyce & Andy Rourke of The Smiths fame, amongst others, but to reflect the changing times in the music industry and the record deal not heralding the same importance as it once did, it's good to see agents taking on emerging talent.
