Music publisher Chrysalis sold to BMG

Last week , Chrysalis boss Chris Wright finally agreed to sell his publishing company to BMG Rights Management for £107 million. Wright set up the company 42 years ago and it's catalogue includes songs by a bevy of artists including David Bowie, Michael Jackson, Damon Albarn, Blondie, Coldplay, and Thom Yorke. Wright will now be consulting as a non-executive UK chairman at BMG on their supervisory board.
