Hercules, a leader and pioneer in digital DJ controllers for computers, has partnered with Access To Music as their preferred supplier of Digital Music and DJ equipment for use in their rapidly growing digital music syllabus.
Access to Music courses are for young adults aged 16+ wanting a career in the music industry or music entertainment. These courses have been built on an established presence in the music industry, via instrument and equipment manufacturers, promoters, venues, labels and music organisations, to offer students vocational experience as well as qualifications.
Hercules’ Digital DJing solutions are particularly relevant to Access to Music’s most popular courses and modules; those involving Digital Music Production, mixing, and DJing. Through this partnership Hercules will be supplying Access to Music with its most popular decks being used by DJs performing at every level. This includes the recently launched, portable DJ Controller Mk4 and the brand new, four deck DJ Console 4-MX.
Emma Rush, UK Marketing Manager for Hercules, said: “Hercules’ DJ solutions are designed to bring out the best in digital music creativity, which keeps us at the forefront of a continually evolving and expanding genre. Our decks are used by grassroots DJs through to leading professional performers, and this partnership allows us to engage further with our audience at all levels.”
Jono Heale, Manager of Atom Live, said: “ATM courses are successful precisely because of direct partnerships like this. There’s no disconnect between education and the real world!” He continued, “The high-end DJ equipment being supplied by Hercules will give our students invaluable hands-on experience with the latest gear being used by DJs across the board.”
Students will be able to sample the full Hercules range including new launches such as the DJ Console 4-Mx and use the range during live events organised by Atom Live, a partner of Access to Music, for which details will be announced shortly.
