EMI boss loses court case

It's probably not a great day if you're Guy Hands. It's all over the news today so you've probably already heard that Guy Hands was unsuccessful in his attempt to claim that he was wrongly advised by Citigroup when he purchased EMI for £4.2 billion back in 2007. What a load of silly bankers! Ahem.
So what lies in store for the label and Mr Hands? Apparently his reputation is in tatters after such a bad financial decision. Could EMI be bought out by another major label? We'll just have to wait and see...
