Warner Music and Tesco fall out

News: 19th October 2010 by Louise Dodgson under Record Labels, Selling & Distributing Your Music

Another day, another drama. Yesterday Warner Music Group made a stand against new terms and conditions which Tesco tried to enforce by preventing any new Warner releases from hitting the shelves. The first artist to suffer from the fall out is Michael Buble with the re-packaged version of his latest album which will not reach the Tesco shoppers, probably quite a shame as I'm sure this affects quite a lot of his target demographic. I can imagine this is a situation that both parties want resolving as soon as possible.
