Roadrunner Records launches alternative A&R social network

A new online service created by Roadrunner Records will allow users to act as an A&R scout and follow the A&R process. Bands and artists create profiles on the site and are then rated by the 'scouts'. Rated bands will feature in the SignMeTo charts. A nice way for bands to get some exposure and for fans to discover new music.
