Sales fail for Universal

Whilst the overall media umbrella, Vivendi, under which Universal Music Group shelters reported a rise in revenues, the stats weren't so good for the music side of things with sales having dropped by 5.4%

Although Universal Music Group has some renowned big sellers on their roster such as Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber, it still wasn't enough to deflect the downturn in sales.
