Paul Thompson, manager of unsigned Newcastle three-piece Polarsets, took part in an earlier MB2MB course in Newcastle. Since completing MB2MB Paul has joined Amazing Radio as Marketing Manager. Gateshead-based Amazing Radio is a national DAB station which exclusively plays unsigned music and is the only national radio broadcaster based outside London.

Paul said: "Generator's MB2MB course provided me with a comprehensive overview on getting started in the music business. Everything from product development, marketing strategies and finding funding to get your business off the ground. The broad range of topics covered left me with an up to date knowledge of where my activities sat in the grand scheme of the industry."
