High street retailers such as HMV have had a great deal on their plate in recent years. Although they have so far weathered the storm of a huge shift from physical to digital format, they are still not out of the woods yet, and nobody is more aware of this than HMV group's CEO Simon Fox.

The music retail chain has pretty much been forced to rethink their business model in order to move with the times and survive. After buying a stake in MAMA Group who operate many live music venues, there are still further radical plans afoot for HMV...
