NME launch hunt for best breakthrough act

NME's music community for emerging bands and artists, NME Breakthrough, has announced a new competition where they hope to unearth one of the UK's best acts and help propel them to the top. As well as the kudos of being the NME Breakthrough winner, there are also some great prizes up for grabs including a slot at Club NME and a music video shoot. Get your entries in!
