Number 23 in the Media Guardian top 100, Lucian Grainge is one of the most powerful men in the music industry today. He is the Co-Chief Executive of Universal Music Group, whose artists include Lady Gaga, U2 and Amy Winehouse. Universal music group is the worlds largest music company with over 7,000 members of staff and a turnover of €4.36bn.
