Swedish songwriters earn more from Spotify

Spotify seems to be going down a storm in Sweden and songwriters may be the first to sing its praises as they are reaping some pretty nice returns from the music streaming services, currently up to 8 times more than songwriters around the rest of the world. In fact Universal Music Sweden have even gone as far as to say that Spotify has grown to become the label's main source of income. Let's hope this level of Spotify related success is something that other countries will soon be able to enjoy!
