In addition to their previous forays into music, Google have begun to show signs of launching their cloud-based music service.  According to the techcrunch article the name is likely to be 'Google Music', Google will be taking advantage of the technology from their recent aqcuisition of Simplify. Users will be able to find a track they like on the web, hit the download button and the song will appear on the appropriate android devices. Thanks to Simplify, this also means that all DRM-free tracks will be available remotely for your phone too.

There is still no indication when the service will go live, but techcrunch and various rumour websites are predicting that the launch is imminent.
