The Music Tee launches in the UK...

The service, which gives customers a digital copy of the artist's album after purchasing a t-shirt has been extremely popular in the US, and looks set to have equal success on this side of the pond. Each t-shirt bears a unique code which is simply entered into The Music Tee website, and that particular album is available to download from there.

This week sees the launch taking place in the London branch of Selfridges with a perfomance from much hyped British singer-songwriter Daisy Dares You. Previous UK artists who have also taken advantage of the service include The Wombats and Scanners.
